The Armajun A.H.S. Drug and Alcohol Program will be offering three week-long live-in ‘retreats’ to support clients to stop smoking cannabis and/or cigarettes.

Using a similar program to last year’s Smoking Cessation Retreats, participants will be transported on day one of both the retreat and their quit attempt to Yaraandoo,Eco Lodge and Function Centre near Ebor, where they will spend the week, returning home on day five.
The retreats will run on February 26-March 2, April 16-20 and May 21-25.
Activities during the week are intended to provide education and new skills in managing stress and supporting health and well-being and include meditation/relaxation sessions, tai chi, yoga, bushwalking, art therapy and massage.
Three healthy chef-prepared meals each day as well as morning and afternoon teas are provided.
The use of NRTs or other medicines to support cessation are allowed. No cigarettes, other drugs (apart from prescription medicines) or alcohol are to be brought to the retreats.
Free of charge to participants, a maximum of 12 people can attend each retreat.
