Wendy Wilks, manager of the Inverell Telstra Store, was “bamboozled” on Monday night when the town’s store received the top prize for Advocacy and Customer Care at the National Telstra Awards.

The award came after the Inverell Telstra topped rankings in satisfaction scores, beating another 135 stores in Australia.Not only were there no complaints for Inverell Telstra, but in one of the categories they received 100 per cent.
Ms Wilks attributes success to the 16 people who work at the store, especially Fran Williams who feels customers’ pain and calls them daily to ensure they are satisfied.
