Hosted by Inverell's Chamber of Commerce, residents can meet the candidates from 6pm at the RSM Club.
Natasha Ledger, Julie Collins, Yvonne Langenberg, Barnaby Joyce, Adam Blakester and Cindy Duncan will attend with apologies from Tony Lonergan and Rob Taber.
Chamber president Nicky Lavender said a community member approached the chamber to ask whether they'd host an event for residents to meet each candidate.
"I'm not sure if Inverell has hosted one of these for quite some time. I've never attended one so it's quite new to me.
"I find we don't know a lot about the candidates in our region; the seat has been held for so long by Barnaby and the Nationals, and independents prior to that."
We have a tendency to sit back and complain but don't get involved in the process.

To open the night, each candidate will have an opportunity to speak about their campaign and key priorities.
Then, the floor will open for questions from community members. Questions can be general or direct to a specific candidate.
"I think it's a great opportunity; there's some new faces and some that have been around for a while so everyone will have an opportunity to understand who they are."
The event is not expected to run for a long time, however candidates will be given the chance to appropriately answer each question asked.
Highlighting the local connection for a number of candidates, Nicky said it was a huge positive for the region.
"Previously, we've had candidates based away with a link to Inverell. I think having a local means issues we face might be brought to the table and addressed.
"We have a tendency to sit back and complain but don't get involved in the process.
"I think this is an opportunity for residents to get involved and gain an understanding of who they're voting for and who is going to represent us into the future."
