Through her own personal experience, Lynda was inspired to research how profound the human body can be and it's immense ability to heal itself.
Lynda was told she had an autoimmune disease and there was nothing doctors could do for her. However, she states that she healed herself of the debilitating disease Lupus, by changing her attitude, her eating habits and lifestyle.
Arriving in town on February 21, Lynda will not only host a free book launch at the Inverell library but also health workshops at Positive Body Fitness Studio.
Her previous six workshops held in Inverell were very popular and well attended.
The book launch for 'Be Do Have... Love Yourself and You Can Change Your World' will be held on Friday, February 21 starting at 3.30pm.
We all have the capacity to become who we want to be, do what we want to do, to contribute to this world and have all the love and joy we desire.
- Lynda Dyer (MSc).
Lynda says the launch will be hands-on. "We all have the capacity to become who we want to be, do what we want to do, to contribute to this world and have all the love and joy we desire.
"With one in two people with an autoimmune disease from stress and anxiety, and 'doing it all' to have their dreams, it's clearly time to change the strategy to focus on you. How do you do that?"
Then, on Saturday, February 22 she will host a health talk at Positive Body Fitness Studio from 10am until 12pm. The cost will be $20 (pre-booked) and $25 (at the door).
Lynda will speak about diabetes, sinus, asthma, cancer, irritable bowel, dry eyes, Lupus, MS, kidney and liver problems, heart health classed as autoimmune disorders, plus more.
Lynda will share her story along with new and updated information and research outlined in her latest book. She will also cover what nutritional foods and products helped her to heal.
Afterwards, she will host a 'Letting Go of Limits' workshop to give people tools to clear negative emotions. She will educate locals on the latest advances in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Accelerated Learning Technologies allowing people, in an intensive environment, to understand, install and relate skills at a rapid rate.
"Some of our most simple techniques have enabled people to double their income, change negative patterns in relationships, heal major health issues plus greatly improve management and negotiation skills."
There will also be an opportunity to book a one-on-one coaching session with Lynda during Saturday and Sunday, February 23.
