While coach Dale Beattie was reluctant to single out players after their success, he said captain five-eighth Liliana Reardon, centre Brooke McKinnon and winger Paige Hall were all outstanding for the winning side.
"But all the girls played exceptionally well," Beattie said.
Lillee Sankey also impressed backing up for the 16s after playing in the Highlanders' Under 14s side at the tournament.
The under 14s also made the grand final after defeating Scone 14-5 in the qualifier, but they came up against a determined Tamworth Pirates team in the decider.
At half time it was 7 all, but the Tamworth girls ran away with it in the second half, scoring three tries to win 27-7.
But Beattie had praise for his side, pointing out the Pirates had scored 50 points against the other sides during the season.
"We played extremely good footy in that grand final."
He said Sophie Greentree, Kelsey Pagden and Ella Gleeson were the stand out players in the grand final, which followed impressive seasons from all three.
The annual tournament includes teams from around the New England region.
