The cases have seen police patrols increase, with additional funding secured to have more officers around after midnight and in the early hours of the morning.

Both vehicles were found the next morning - torched. One was Schwenke's Lane and the other "in Southside".
A number of small items and power tools were stolen from the house.
"We are currently investigating, having seized a number of items as exhibits of interest, and they will help to identity those responsible," he said.
"There is a similar MO to the incidents ... they are rummaging through houses, garages and find the keys to the car they take."
He said it appeared the vehicles were unsecured, and the property was accessed through an unlocked door.
"There is a very resounding message - residents need to take the opportunity to secure the property they work hard for."
Acting Inspector Paine also said that while he applauded the use of social media to raise awareness of the thefts, he said it was important also to report it to police and tell them as soon as something happened.
"Still use Facebook to spread the word - it's a valuable tool - but it's reporting something that happened, police need to know.
"I implore people to contact us.
"We rely solely on members of the public to tell us as soon as they are aware of something happening. We are happy to respond, even if it turns out it's nothing."
