RSM vs Staggy Creek
RSM were sent in to bat which no doubt suited Louis as he won the game ball being unbeaten with the bat (over three innings) in a great combination with Dalton and then went on to take 2 for 11 with the ball. Oscar banked a superb four as did Matt in his second innings. Georgie Leonard on debut disrupted the batting with figures of 2 for 9 off her two overs. In reply, Staggy threw everything in to their batting getting off the mark with Luke and Evan at the wicket. Wes, Lawson and Rocco could not be dismissed, all retiring. The wickets for the bowling side were well distributed amongst the bowlers including Tom with two wickets and a number of other bowlers with one including Oscar, Dalton and Jack. Thank you to the parents for the excellent support in umpiring and scoring. This proved to be an extremely close match with only a couple of runs in it.
