Junior Country Women's Association (CWA) members based at Macintyre High are giving back to volunteers at Blaze Aid and Australian soldiers overseas.
To support volunteers and soldiers, the Macintyre junior CWA made biscuits and wrote letters of appreciation.
Blaze Aid is an national disaster relief organisation that supports rural communities suffering through droughts, floods and fires.
Following the fires around Tingha Plateau earlier this year, Blaze Aid volunteers from across Australia have travelled to Inverell to rebuild the fences of rural properties.
"Macintyre High School Junior CWA would like to thank you for all you have done to help our country, we appreciate it," one member wrote on the letters being sent to soldiers.
Currently, the Blaze Aid volunteers reside at the Inverell Showground and show significant progress towards rebuilding fences.
