Earlier in the evening a 22-year-old female was involved in a single vehicle car accident at Bundarra.
The young lady required medical treatment at the scene before being flown out by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.
She was transported to Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital with unknown injuries.
Later that evening, the rescue chopper was called to Nullamanna, north west of Glenn Innes. They were responding to reports of an 80-year-old male involved in a single-vehicle accident resulting in a rollover.
A lady, also involved in the accident, was transported to the Inverell hospital by road ambulance with minor injuries. The male in the car was transported to the Lismore Base Hospital by helicopter in a stable condition requiring further medical treatment for injuries sustained in the crash.
