Police noticed the black-coloured Nissan utility travelling at an excessive speed at around 9pm on Thursday, August 13. The man was subjected to a roadside breath test which proved positive.
After being conveyed to Inverell Police Station, he returned a mid-range reading and was issued with a field court attendance notice to appear in court on September 24.
The man will face the charge of drive with mid-range PCA, his second offence, and issued with an immediate licence suspension.
Meanwhile, a dark-coloured Nissan Navara utility travelling east in Long Street Warialda was stopped for the purposes of a random breath test.
A 50-year-old driver was subjected to a roadside breath test which proved positive. He was pulled over at 12.30am on Saturday, August 15.
A second breath analysis at Warialda Police Station returned a mid-range reading and he was issued with a court attendance notice for Inverell Local Court on August 27.
His licence was immediately suspended.
A white-coloured Holden Rodeo towing a trailer was involved in a motor vehicle collision on the Yetman Road near Graman at around 9.30pm on Sunday, August 16.
The vehicle received extensive damage after it appeared to have left the roadway, jumped a culvert and collided with a tree. Police attended however no persons were with the vehicle.
Enquiries were made an a 29-year-old Oakwood male was located at his residence suffering from facial injuries.
The male was conveyed to Inverell Hospital and enquiries are continuing into the cause and contributing factors to the incident.
