16-year-old Sean Walters proved a match winner with the ball to take 4-19 off five overs.
He dismissed class batsmen Joe Smith and Jai Tasker and had skipper Liam Spalding snapped up by a good catch from Tony Blake.
The rot set in with both Square and Compass openers falling for nil to catches by keeper Campbell off the opening pacemen, Marsh and Reynolds.
Two fine run outs assisted the Rebels and when the last wicket fell Square and Compass had to defend the paltry total of eighty two runs.
Tasker struck in the first over then Marsh fell six overs later.
Gardner went soon after and the fighting spirit of Square and Compass became evident.
However, skipper Blake Uebergang was the stumbling block batting cautiously and with total concentration.
With his partner Jack Cole they added sixty one runs and at 3-83 the umpires called time with Campbell and Freebairn scoring a fine win.
Next Saturday, Staggy Creek will meet Campbell and Freebairn in the Final.
At Tingha Sportsground in B Grade Tingha proved too strong for Staggy Creek to advance to the Final against defending premiers Empire Warriors.
Staggy Creek won the toss and batted and were dismissed for a moderate 111 runs. Kyle Krauss and George McMullen both claimed 4-22 and Corey Livermore chipped in with 2-26.
In reply Tingha did enough to gain the win, finishing at 7-112.
Their best with the bat were Warren Williams 35 and Beau Ridgewell on 22.
Inverell Cricket Association welcomes everyone to attend the finals, with A Grade being contested at Varley Oval and B Grade at Cameron No 1.
