With the stay-at-home orders in place until midnight next Sunday (August 22) it will mean at least two weeks of no footy.
The seven-day lockdown imposed on Tamworth on Monday saw the zone enact Stage 1.
Under Stage 2, Round 18 will be played on August 28 and the remaining Round 17 games the following Saturday.
The finals will now kick-off with a 'Super Saturday' on what would have been grand final day on September 11 with the grand final to be played on September 25.
Should the lockdown last beyond two weeks, the zone will meet with the clubs again to discuss "the best course of action to allow a result in the Central North premiership to be achieved".
